Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NOWCOMMAND (nowcommand.com), operated by Robin Angel LLC.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.

3. Membership tiers & pricing

NOWCOMMAND offers a Sovereign membership at $44/month or $500/year (founder pricing during the first 21 days of launch; $77/month thereafter). A Foundational tier at $11/month is available as a downgrade option only. All prices are in USD.

4. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel, pause, or downgrade at any time from /stewardship. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. No refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing you acknowledge you've reviewed the membership description, the Mammon Breaker preview, and the testimonials, and have made an informed decision. If circumstances change, you may pause or downgrade — but no refunds will be issued. This includes annual subscriptions.

6. Content & spiritual context

NOWCOMMAND is a faith-based, Christian membership. Content references scripture, prayer, prophetic concepts, and spiritual realities (Mammon, Chronos, Kairos). It is not a substitute for financial, medical, legal, or mental-health advice. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on the content.

7. No financial guarantees

NOWCOMMAND does not promise specific financial outcomes. Testimonials are individual experiences and not representative of typical results.

8. Conduct

You agree not to harass, dox, spam, or sell to other members. Robin reserves the right to remove any member at any time without refund for violation of community rules. No screen-recording, no sharing of paid content outside the membership.

9. Intellectual property

All content (drops, articles, manifesto, PDFs, audio, video) is the property of Robin Angel LLC and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your active membership. On cancellation, your license terminates.

10. Affiliate program

The 50% lifetime affiliate payout is honored at Robin Angel LLC's discretion based on the published schedule. Self-referrals, refund-fraud, and abusive patterns void the affiliate account.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robin Angel LLC's total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Robin Angel LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
